Information we collect

• Identity: first name, last name, date of birth confirmation (age 21+), and residential address.
• Contact: email address and telephone number.
• Documents: photos or PDFs of your driver’s license and insurance card, uploaded as part of your application.
• Rental details: selected vehicle, pickup and return dates, intended vehicle use, delivery platforms, expected driving area, and additional-driver information.
• Technical: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected automatically for security and analytics.

How we use your information

• To review and process your rental application and verify eligibility.
• To confirm reservations and coordinate pickup and return.
• To send you transactional and promotional messages by SMS/MMS and email, including application status, payment instructions, and rental updates.
• To provide maintenance, breakdown, and repair support during a rental.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with our customer relationship management provider to manage applications and communications, with payment processors (Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, and Stripe when enabled) to process payments, and with service providers who help us operate the business. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Data retention

We retain application and rental records for as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal, tax, and insurance record-keeping requirements. Uploaded documents are stored for verification and audit purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Eligibility

Renters must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license. Approval depends on driver eligibility, insurance requirements, intended use, and vehicle availability.

Insurance requirement

All drivers must carry valid full coverage auto insurance, including Comprehensive and Collision coverage, for the duration of the rental. Proof of insurance is required before the vehicle is released.

Rental period & pricing

Rentals are billed in weekly increments with a minimum rental period of one week (7 days). Weekly rates vary by vehicle. Submitting an application does not reserve a vehicle and does not replace the rental agreement, which is signed at pickup.

Allowed uses

Vehicles may be used for commuting, personal transportation, food and grocery delivery, and package delivery, subject to approval. Transporting paying passengers and other uses must be disclosed and approved. Only approved drivers and approved uses are permitted.

Payments

Payments are made via Zelle, CashApp, or PayPal (and Stripe when enabled). Payment instructions are sent after your reservation is confirmed. A reservation is not final until payment is received.

Maintenance & repairs

We provide maintenance and breakdown assistance during the rental. If a vehicle requires repairs, we will coordinate service and, where possible, provide a replacement vehicle. Renter responsibilities and liability are detailed in the signed rental agreement.

Pickup & return

Pickup and drop-off take place in Lubbock, Texas. The exact address is confirmed upon booking. Vehicles must be returned on the agreed return date in the same condition, subject to normal wear.

Changes to these terms

We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
